The effects of single stressors on terrestrial and aquatic ecosystems has been a topic of research since long. But in recent years, impacts on terrestrial and aquatic ecosystems due to multiple stressors has risen to importance. Multiple stressors also act in combination. However, such a research is complex to set up and fraught with challenges. Research in this sphere is important for determination of effects on future ecosystems.

Keeping in view the relevance of multiple stressors, the Department of Environmental Science at University of Stockholm is organizing a colloquium with eminent speakers. A Senior researcher from University of Koblenz – Landau, Dr. Carsten Brühl, will also be showcasing his expertise in the colloquium.

Colloquium date : October 7th 2021 (Thursday)

Time: 14:00 –15:00
